Sleeper Series – NE Ohio

An instant impact player who makes the right reads and plays for her team. I love her drive to the basket and ability to finish through contact. Pooler has a lethal touch around the basket with either hand. Watch out for her on the catch and shoot from deep! Her versatility on both ends has earned her offers at the college level this summer! She plays with an instilled level of confidence as a shooter that you can't teach. Dorsey always has her feet set behind the arc ready to snipe a three! I am also greatly impressed with her handle with the ball and ability to dribble through pressure. Dorsey is also a pesky pressure defender who uses her smaller size to get level with the ball handler and poke at the ball for steals. A dual sport athlete who excels in the classroom and as quarterback on the flag football field! At 5-8, she is a natural athlete who competes with heart and poise. Casey is an exceptional interior scorer who can also bring the ball up the floor. She was an exceptional scorer and all-around leader for MAC Meczka 2027! [player_tooltip player_id='1177461' first='Casey' last='Friel'] earned an offer this summer for her play at quarterback from the Baldwin Wallace Women's Flag Football team! She is an elite ball handler who can create for herself with ease. Love her motor on the offensive end of the floor to look for her three-point shot and cut without the ball for inside scores. Avery has a fluid jump shot that greatly impresses! She is very good at getting her feet set and firing off the catch and shoot. I like her ability to take over offensively! She can also score in the paint and around the basket with fluidity. With deep family roots in basketball in Northeast Ohio for the Malone Pioneers, her mother and father were both standouts at the college level. I first covered Perryn at the 2026 Classic In the Country where I was greatly impressed with her all-round 31-point performance! She is a born leader who can score at all three levels making her presence felt on both ends. I love her attitude and coachable mindset towards the game and her ability to use her 5-6 size to score with ease from both inside and outside the arc! I believe there are many college offers in the future for Mishler. She is a big who can handle the ball very well and is a fluid scorer for her size. Mendel put in a lot of work this summer and it showed throughout her AAU season. Wadsworth made the Division 1 State Semifinals and [player_tooltip player_id='1767161' first='Tenley' last='Mendel'] made big strides during the Grizzlies incredible 2025-26 season!
