First Coast Fall League Notes

In this article, we look at the prospects who enter the Fall League with a higher profile than they had a season ago. These players have raised their stock through strong performances in the summer and at various showcases. These prospects have made their mark and look to make more marks in the fall leagues. They enter the Fall Leagues with more eyes on them and more opportunities to build on that momentum and carry it straight into the upcoming season.    Falisa white has an opportunity to put it all together in her final year. Her physicality is what separates her from a lot of prospects. She has the ability to score all over the floor, and her jump shot has become reliable from behind the arc. Hudson showcased her speed and athleticism throughout the travel period and in various showcases. Hudson is small in nature but her speed is elite, and she often makes plays that cause heads to scratch. Hudson has a nice touch from behind the arc and can score in the midrange area.     Kaitlynn Farr continues to impress and looks to have raised her game to another level. Farr brings a high basketball IQ to the court, along with a versatile offensive game. She continues to impress with her outside stroke, her midrange game, and the little things she does on the court: rebounding, defense, shot blocking, and passing ability. Farr's game has improved, and as instrumental as she was as a Sophomore, her role will be even more important as a Junior. Tatum glides on the basketball court and impacts both sides of the floor in the process. Her offensive game provides scoring from behind the arc, from attacking the rim, and lighting it up in transition. Defensively, Tatum is a menace on the ball; she makes a lot of plays in the passing lanes and she creates turnovers with her active hands. Tatum impacts the game I. A lot of ways, and what makes her special is that she doesn't force the action. She makes solid decisions on the floor and does whatever it takes to win. Her athleticism and her ability to attack the rim and create scoring with multiple offensive tools is what make her tough. Her floater, drive to the rim, and pull-up in the mid- range make her a tough player to defend. Pytel can also shoot the three, which adds to her versatile game. Her stock has gone through the roof, and she will be a player to contend with this upcoming season.
