is going to take her talents and suit up next season with the D2 – Newman Jets follwing her career at Waterloo West High School. Love has length, toughness, athleticism, and awareness. She makes good choices every time she touches the rock and she doesn’t ever try to do too much. Over the past 3 years, we have heard a lot about Love and her play-style. She has been a constant producer on whatever team she is lacing up with and that has been on full display this winter to finish out her last year of high school ball. Love has all the intangibles you want in a player. When you combined everything she brings to the floor and think about the production she could have around other talented individuals, you start to understand why she was a nominee for this event. At the end of the day, no matter if she wins a spot on this roster or not, this is something she should be proud of. The players who make this list are considered the best of the best across America and that is something not everyone can say.

, has done of good job of letting everyone know why she is a D2 commit. Love has the mixture that every coach loves. She has length, athleticism, skill, and she adapts quickly. There aren’t many situations when I watch Love that I think she is unsure about what is going on around her. She moves with a purpose on every play and that has led to her having a productive Senior year in more than a few ways. Waterloo West is 9 games into their season and Love is averaging 12 PPG, 6.9 RPG, 2.1 APG, 2 SPG, and 4.1 SPG. As you can tell, she is doing it all in attempts to help her team each and every contest. It’s going to be exciting to see Love at Newman next year under new Head Coach Amy Briggs. Briggs seems to run a free flowing offense that lets the players work off of each other at a high rate. This is a style that Love is going to be able to adapt to and overall, succeed in.

makes a big jump into the top 10 at #7 for this update as her potential keeps rising. Love is a long and athletic forward for Hudson High School. She is a fundamental and strong player that gravitates toward the center position for her high school squad but has the ceiling to be a college guard at a high level somewhere in the future. The most prominent part of her game that stands out at the moment is how good she is defensively both on and off the ball. Recording multiple blocks a game on average and being a defensive stopper when needed during big moments of games is just the start of how good she can be. She has a nice looking jump shot when she has time to set it up but doesn’t settle too much for that look as she usually dominates the inside of the paint against whoever she is playing. In the future the interest in Love will grow as she shows what she can really do.

was dominant as a combo guard last year, almost averaging a double double at 13.1 PPG, and 9.4 RPG. She is a player who can do it all for your program when it comes to the stat sheet and the offensive end, but most importantly, she is defined as an elite shot blocker. During the 21′-22′ season, Brooklyn blocked 102 shots in 22 games, ranking her #1 in the state of Iowa throughout all classes. Her length mixed with athleticism and IQ sets her up to dominate anyone in her way. Love will lead the new look Waterloo East Trojans to a better upcoming season competitively, after finishing just 3-19 overall last year.

from Waterloo East High School. While being over shadowed with not having a good team record at 3-19 last year, Love is the real deal. Averaging 13.1 PPG, 9.4 RPG, and 1.2 APG. Racking up a total of 102 blocks, and 198 rebounds, she ranked #1 in both categories in 4a for sophomores in the 21′-22′ season. A dynamic player who can dominate down low, has a good baseline floater, and can bring out the defense with her midrange game, mixed in with a solid, young core, the Trojans will look to compete for a top spot in conference, and make some noise during the playoffs.
