Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I’d describe my gameplay style as a smart and selfless point guard who takes pride in defense and getting my teammates involved. I love being the on-ball defender, disrupting opponents, and setting the tone for my team. Offensively, I focus on making the right reads, keeping the ball moving, and setting up my teammates in the best positions to succeed.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I have a competitive, team-first mentality with a strong focus on defense and making winning plays. I take pride in my energy, toughness, and ability to lead by example. My goal is always to do whatever it takes to help my team succeed—whether that’s locking down on defense, setting up my teammates, or making hustle plays.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I have a 4.0 GPA and am a member of the National Honor Society. I’ve earned many Silver Cord volunteer hours and serve on Student Council. I’m also part of the Interview Committee for hiring principals and coaches in our district, which has been a great leadership experience. During golf season, I work at the Club House. I stay active in my church and community.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Through sports, academics, and organizations, I’ve built leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. As a point guard, I lead vocally and by example, helping my teammates succeed. Student Council and the Interview Committee strengthened my collaboration and decision-making. Volunteering for Silver Cord and working at the Club House has taught me service, responsibility, and community.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Basketball has always been personal. I lost my grandpa to cancer-(Head Varsity Coach), and his passion shaped my love for the game. My dad coached me in AAU and now as an assistant varsity coach. I probably learned to dribble before I could walk! Having my dad as a coach is both a privilege and challenge—he pushes me to be my best, making me stronger and more driven. #legacy
What type of college are you looking for?
I'm looking for a college with strong team spirit and a close-knit community—a place where athletes and coaches feel like family. I want to be part of a program where everyone shares the same passion for the game and pushes each other to succeed both on and off the court. I'm seeking an environment focused on teamwork, dedication, and growth as both an athlete and a person.
