Mann was another guard from Daniel who really impressed with her play against Gainesville and some of the highest ranked younger players in Georgia. She, like Campbell used her experience and size to effectively help control the game for the first three quarters. She is a slick ball handler who has escapability with the dribble when it is necessary in traps as well as the ability to blow by quick defenders in man to man situations. She scored the ball from all three levels herself, while also helping to initiate and facilitate the offense for Daniel. She is a finely skilled player on the offensive end who competed hard on the glass and on the defensive end as well. She is a player I look forward to seeing play again.

Mann was once again an important piece in establishing Daniel as one of the teams to beat in the 4A ranks. The Lions finished with a robust 25-2 record and advanced to the Upper State semifinals. The only regular season contest where Daniel was in the loss column was a one-point defeat to 5A Division 1 Byrnes at the Red Raider Thanksgiving Invitational hosted by 5A Division 2 Greenville. Mann would wear a Lions uniform on 26 occasions this past season and would average 11.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.9 rebounds and 2.8 steals per game last season. Mann’s Lions are set to return to 3A beginning with the 2026-27 season.

If what we saw out of this rising up-and-comer is any indication of the fortunes awaiting Daniel, it could be a team that ought to be poised to shake up the 3A landscape. The 5-foot-8 standout spent time running with Carolina Clutch on the AAU circuit. Along with scoring ability, Mann also has plenty of speed which can come in useful when operating in the transition game. Her ball handling capabilities come in useful when setting up an offense in the halfcourt and she can also be counted on in the rebounding game. The Lions are poised to spend plenty of time in the win column with Mann joining the ranks.
