Saturday’s game brought to a close Burch’s freshman season with the Knights and one can ensure she will be even more of a featured player as she continues to amass more experience at the high school level. Burch tallying six of her eight points in the second half is emblematic of how she has established herself as one of North Carolina’s top 2029s. Reese Burch came right in ready to shoot showing off her range. She’s quickly become known as a sharp shooter, but defenders still can’t see to close out on her quickly enough. She does well getting adjusted to find the gap and be able to hit her shot off the pass, and she sees the floor well using her vision to find her open teammates for their own points.
