The event has gained a reputation for success by bringing together some of the best teams for a day of highly competitive basketball. Below are some key 2026’s to keep an eye on when sitting in the Main Gym.
Shelton has shown major improvement in her game, as well as her confidence this season. Whether it’s knocking down the three ball, or her constant communication on the defensive end. Lyla has been impactful in almost every game so far. Another thing that stands out is her willingness to do the little things on both sides of the ball that most players wont.
With length and the ability to shoot the ball from beyond the arc at a high clip, Gilbertson’s stock is trending upwards. Defensively she can be just as impactful as she as on offense. She has the length to recover if a guard gets by, and the wingspan to contain bigger forwards if caught in the post. High potential.
Jackson has been talked about as a player to watch, and her motor and defensive mindset are key to that. Ty has great length and its on full display on the defensive side of the ball. Impactful on the glass, and her instincts and lateral speed are solid as well. Offensively, she has great form that goes along with the confidence to take the shot.
Every team needs multiple players that can space the floor, and Ava is surely one of those players. With a young team that can move the ball in transition, she should be able to find easy shots within the flow of the game. Catch and shoot or off the stand still, Thomas shoots at a high clip.

Stella plays the game with a style that’s adaptable to multiple offenses. She can be your main contributor and give you 20pts+, but can also play off the ball in a catch and shoot role, or even a slash and finish role. She’s versatile, long and can cause trouble for the 3-5s on the defensive side. A top player in the 2026 class with a high ceiling.
Highlights
A huge leap in the 2026 class is due for Emma. Shes been dominant, confident and has shown flashes in multiple games of being a top tier forward. Her length is a major factor in how impactful she is on both sides of the floor. She can score at multiple levels, can facilitate from multiple positions, while still keeping the mindset to defend. Size and high IQ are the things needed to translate at the next level, Emma has a head start. High potential.
Another impactful guard that seems to do all the things you need out of a player. She makes plays on the move, can shoot off the dribble and takes the defensive side of the ball just as serious. Behind the arc she’s a threat, she can play out of iso, and her handles allow her to get to the rim at a consistent rate High potential.
Highlights
A dynamic forward that has the size to be dominant in the post, and out of multiple screen actions. She shows versatility on the both sides of the ball by impacting the game from multiple positions. Whether it’s scoring or defending, she can contribute to a win for her team.
Highlights
Delia seems to look to make the right play when she’s in the game, which shows a maturity and the ability to adapt to a new role. With being more off the ball this year, she’s getting the chance to show other keys to her game.
Highlights
The work Danyella has put in during her off season is showing.. the confidence is there, the game seems to have slowed down for her and there is no fear of making a mistake when she’s on the court. A top 3 player in this class, but is for sure making an argument as a top player in the state. Major upside.
Rifenburg is a lengthy guard that can impact the floor on both sides of the ball. Offensively she can get to the rim, make moves in the post and is a threat in the open court. Defensively she shows a motor and a willingness to switch and guard multiple positions.
Highlights
Each time I watch Quinn play something else stands out.. and this time, it was her toughness. For a small guard, there’s no fear and always remains calm. Knowing a double is coming and not panicking is a sign of a confident player. Getting fouled on multiple possessions straight and or knocked over and still keeping your emotions intact is another sign of maturity as a player.
The athleticism, and raw talent is there for Thompson. She plays a frenzy type of game but when it works.. it works. Offensively she can score, but in her role at Fremd she’s been showing flashes of a playmaker as well. Defensively she can recover and use her length to guard the perimeter.
Highlights
Currey’s versatility sticks out immediately and that’s on both sides of the floor. On the offensive side of the ball, she has a quick and fluid form, and can score around the rim as well. She plays the game with good tempo and feel. High potential.
