Ladies and gentleman….Lexie Moore. The 5’4 ’25 PG is about to jump on the scene this summer, and perhaps Monday night was her warning shot to the state. The shifty PG is a LEGIT college player, and a kid that I’ve been watching since she was the starting freshman PG on a REALLY GOOD Tellico Plains team two years ago. She transfered and had to sit a year, making her one of the best kept secrets in the state. Moore went into Smiddy and dropped 30 points vs Bradley Central with 8 threes. She scored 30 of her teams 36 points. And Reuter doesn’t give away charity points…she earned every one. Kid is already a star….just nobody knows it.
Watching Stovall vs McMinn Co on Monday night gave you a glimpse of what she is capable of doing when she decides to. Stovall dropped an easy 26 point and 15 rebound double double. She simply dominated inside, and County had zero answers. The Bradley Central offense with Stovall, Kimora Field, Harmonie Ware Harmonie Ware 5’9″ | SG Bradley Central | 2025 State TN , and Avery Brewer Avery Brewer 5’6″ | PG Central High | 2026 State TN (when she returns) is just too good. You need college kids to guard Bradley because, well, they are playing with college kids….and Stovall is one of them. Oh yeah…and she’s only and ’25.
*note to self: copy paste all Bradley Central info because they have no seniors!*
Highlights
Congrats to Fields for surpassing the last week, and it was celebrated this week on Monday night. Fields, only a ’26, will certainly go down as one of Bradley Central’s best players ever, and that’s especially impressive when you look at Bradley’s history. Remember, this is one of the winningest girls basketball programs history of high school hoops in the US. Congrats to Ms. Fields for this accomplishment…and we are looking forward to 2,000!
Fields went on to drop an easy 23 and 12 vs McMinn. That means the Stovall-Fields duo combined for 49 points and 28 rebounds. Nobody in the state has the bodies to defend this team.
Ware has battled injuries all season long, and therefore we haven’t heard a ton of noise from her. Now she’s a quiet kid anyway, but her game is LOUD. She was dominant for Bradley by the end of last season, and then went on to have a tremendous summer for Alabama Souther Starz as one of the most efficient players on the EYBL circuit. On this Bradley team, everybody has to sacrafise some stats for the good of the team–and it seems like Coach Reuter has gotten everyone to buy into that. I never hear rumblings about the really good Bradley kids wanting to transfer to, Walker Valley for example, so that they could average 25 a game. Instead, they are all just content to possibly win 3 straight state titles.
Enter Ware…plagued by injuries this year but now rounding into full form. With Avery Brewer Avery Brewer 5’6″ | PG Central High | 2026 State TN out with an injury (all MRI results were good, I don’t know the time table of her return), Ware now will have a chance to get re-accustomed to playing with the ball in her hands more. Ware had 13 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals. There is a reason you haven’t heard much from Ware….but you’re about to.
Malia Wilcox
Malia Wilcox
Wilcox has bad to pickup more ball handling responsibilities with recent injuries, and she’s been steady as every. My big questions for Bradley coming into the season was–who will be the 5th starter. Wilcox has answered the bell, and some. She’s been a defensive menace all season–and defense is the backbone of what makes Bradley so consistently good. Secondly, where as I thought they definitely needed a knock down shooter in that 5th starter spot, Wilcox is more of a slasher, but has figured out how to make it work attacking long closeouts with this group. Really underrated player in my opinion.
In the words of the poet Eminem…rn”Guess who’s back, Back again, Guess who’s back, tell a friend.”
Well friends, Andrea Flores Andrea Flores 5’10” | SG Daniel Boone | 2026 State TN is back. Flores is a D1 talent that led Daniel Boone in scoring as a freshman last season. She’s immediately returned to the lineup and picked up where she left off, leading them in scoring with 18 points and three made threes. Flores is a strong bodied guard that can get to her spots, size to score in the pain off one or two feet, initiates contact, knock down three point shooter…she’s got it all in her offensive bag. DB is 2-0 since Flores return. It will be fascinating to see how this team (now 11-10 overall) responds coming down the stretch as now their best player is back.
Highlights
Riddle went off on Monday night, as she got hot and knocked down three threes in the first quarter to kick start a big run. When Riddle and Flores are both rolling, you have two high level shooters on the floor at all times. Riddle’s game complements Flores’ game well. Again, I just hope this Daniel Boone team has enough time to gel before the post season.

Lexi Green
Lexi Green
Lexi Green of Science Hill continues to put together a really nice season. In a loss to Daniel Boone on Monday, she scored twelve points and knocked down two threes. Science Hill has been sneaky good all season long, and seem to give everyone a battle. Green has been their best player all season, and has really been that senior leader that coach’s hope they get.
Shields continues to put together a really impressive season for Elizabethon. In a win on Monday, Shields had another 18 point outing with 2 made 3’s. She’s been consistent all year long on the offensive end. She has all the intangibles to be a D1 player. Once her defense (and she has the tools) catches up to her offense, her two-way potential is off the charts because of her length.
Highlights
Bryan is just so darn good. If you haven’t seen her, make it a priority. The 5’10 guard has all the tools to be a next level player. In win over Warren on Tuesday night, Bryan went for 20 points, and four made 3’s, in three quarters of play. Bryan continues to be a bucket
In a big win for Providence Academy on Monday, Painter simply put together a 29 point, 10 steal double-double. Painter has been one of our favorite PGs all season, and watching her impact the game of both ends is alot of fun. In this game, the PA defense just kept turning steals into points. Painter’s 29 is becoming a fairly normal number for her.
Congrats to Clay County’s Halle Buford on surpassing the 1,000 point mark last night! She’s been a prolific scorer for two years now in perhaps the best district in the state. She’s had to earn each and every one of those points. From everything I’ve hear from the UC, Buford is a great kid with a high-level work ethic. Well done kiddo, and congrats!
In a loss to White County on Monday, Mullins went off for 20 points…all coming in the first half. To me, this is an encouraging sign. Even in the loss, and on a night that Ellie Butler Ellie Butler 5’9″ | SG Livingston Academy | 2025 State TN was held to twelve, Keely Mullins Keely Mullins 6’1″ | SG N/A | 2025 State TN proved she can fill it up…now she just needs to do it for 4 quarters to give Livingston a better chance to beat the best teams.
Highlights
I see you B-Dub! Winningham scored 20 points vs Livingston, and now has four 20 point nights on the year. What I loved about her stat line was that she scored 20 on only two made threes (2-8 from 3), but, she was 5-6 from two. When your 3 point specialist start figuring it out in the “in-between area” as teams start running them off the line….you really get dangerous. That’s the jump Avery Brewer Avery Brewer 5’6″ | PG Central High | 2026 State TN at Bradley Central made this year….and I think these two prospects are really similar. She also had: 4 assists, 2 rebounds, 2 blocks and 3 steals.
Gracie Clark Gracie Clark 5'9" | SG White County | 2026 TN
Gracie Clark Gracie Clark 5'9" | SG White County | 2026 TN
Clark was given the Ellie Butler Ellie Butler 5’9″ | SG Livingston Academy | 2025 State TN defensive assignment, and did about as well as anyone can! Clark’s ability to guard the other teams best scorer is a real asset. She finished with a 7 point, 2 assists, 5 rebounds, 2 steal, and 2 block night. Clark’s upside as a high level role player is off the charts as she’s just a ’26.
The Shelby Higgins– Bailey Blair Bailey Blair 5’4″ | PG Richland | 2026 State TN duo was at it again last night. Higgins had 23 and Blair had 18. Richland just keeps winning games, and at their level, if you have two scorers like Higgins and Blair, you’re just gonna be tough to be on any night. Really enjoy watching this team play! Keep working!
