Here are some seniors that have yet to commit.
A quiet workhorse who just simply gets things done on both ends of the court. Defensively she shows a high IQ of when to be risky and when to be disciplined. Offensively however, is when she truly shows the separation between herself in other guards. She can get to her spot with minimal amount of dribbles, or can be a threat from deep simply off catch and shoot.
The leader of the Bronco program has had a tremendous senior year. She’s put her name in the record books for most points scored and has came up big time in a handful of games this season. With playing most of her AAU season overseas for her national team, the skillset Viki has, may not have been seen by enough college eyes. With a potential deep playoff run, Viki should be getting more calls from some more college programs.
Lana has a game that might be more adjusted to college, than a normal highschool setting. Playing on the top team for one of the best AAU programs in the state, let alone the Midwest.. shows how skillful she truly is. A threat from deep, crafty on the drive and she plays with strength on both sides of the ball.
Watching what Kraus did last year at state should have more coaches intrigued with how she can adjust at the next level. She has an ‘option 1′ type of play style but can adjust to play off the ball if needed. Shes a threat from all angles and can put pressure on the offense from a defensive standpoint.
There’s not much Laub can’t do as basketball player. Coming back from an injury, hasn’t slowed down her skillset in my opinion at all. Its actually put more emphasis on how well she can shoot the ball from the midrange to the outside. She has the college frame, and can be impactful on the defensive side as well with her athleticism.
Morgan is a flat out shooter from the outside, and even when shots are falling she doesn’t seem to hesitate that much to put up another one. She’s played various roles throughout her high school year, but the consistency of being the most pure shooter in a program hasn’t changed. Her length is truly shown on the defensive side of the ball, with being able to guard 1-3.
