Some of Viki’s best moves were on showcase this morning at CEFCU arena. What impressed me most was her ability to stay calm against a dominant team as Lincoln. She attacked the basket with a purpose with no fear of contact. She led the team with points and assists.

The leader of the Bronco program has had a tremendous senior year. She’s put her name in the record books for most points scored and has came up big time in a handful of games this season. With playing most of her AAU season overseas for her national team, the skillset Viki has, may not have been seen by enough college eyes. With a potential deep playoff run, Viki should be getting more calls from some more college programs.

Still one the most skilled guards on any court, Viki’s vision and ball control are top tier. The craftiness, confidence and natural feel she has for the game stand out the moment you watch her play. She can attack a defense with patience, or weave her way through multiple defenders for a finish. On the opposite side of the ball, she’s proving this year that she can be just as impactful on that end as well. A talented player with tremendous upside.

At all levels Viki puts pressure on the defense with her constant creativity and aggresion. She’s the perfect combo guard for a fast paced system. She can shoot the long ball in transition, attack the paint to finish or create, or simply run the show in the open court. She plays with a good tempo and can make her mark by facilitating or scoring in bunches. Her attitude towards defense has been increased this year as well.
