Just days later, she set a new single-season scoring record with 38 points—surpassing the previous record of 34—even sitting out the final 6½ minutes of the fourth quarter. That same night, she also broke the school’s single-season rebounding record, raising the mark from 266 (set in 1989–90) to 269, averaging 14.2 rebounds per game.
