VanSickle is a confident shooter that can get off shot off in a variety of ways, forcing teams to chase her around. An overlooked part of Quinn game this season was her ability to make the right reads when teams doubled or blitzed her. Chambers has great on ball defensive instincts that make it tough for opposing players to get in a rhythm on offensively. This season she saw a lot of teams take a step back to eliminate the drive, forcing her to shoot more 3's. A challenge she took personally, raising her 3-point percentage from 23% last season to 39% this season. Regardless she is more than comfortable doing either one. She can handle the ball in transition, initiate the offense and create for herself and others. Strode can also act as a spot up depending on the line up. Once you add all that with the pressure she provides on the defensive end of the floor and the pride she takes in not getting scored on, it makes her a player to keep an eye out for over the next year. Lydia is a player that can guard multiple positions at any time, she is active in passing lanes and uses her voice to communicate to her teammates. On the offense end of the floor, she brings 3-level scoring along with great play making ability. Beers does things on the floor that nobody talks about like helping the helper, calling out screens, getting 50/50 balls and always making the right passes to teammates. Things that impact winning the most. She can also a very capable defend with quick hands. Baker has a height advantage over most guards in the state allowing her to pass over the top of pressure, setting her team up for easy looks. She is also one of the stronger players in the state which makes getting the rim a lot easier. Maley Wihelm being one of those girls, her ability to be a knockdown shooter changed the way teams defended them. She is one of those guards that naturally knows how to make the right plays without being told to do so.
