Aubri Cespesdes-B&B

Aubri is pesky defender that get opposing guards out of rhythm which leads to turnovers. Her willingness to step up take on the challenge defensively is what gives her the confidence to attack on offense. When she is able to get downhill good things happen, she finishes through contact but can also find the open player.

Katie Mylott-B&B

Katie Mylott is a player I just seen for the first time today and she got caught my attention right away with her play. During the game she found her spots and converted time and time again. Even at the end of the first game when her time was down 10, Katie scored 7 straight points to get her team back in it.

[player_tooltip player_id='741007' first='Peiton' last='Stone']- Hoopsters

Hoopsters her known for having girls that will fight on both ends on the floor regardless of the outcome. Which is why that style of play that fits [player_tooltip player_id='741007' first='Peiton' last='Stone'] game perfectly. She refuses to backdown from anybody, she was anchor on both ends of the floor for her team today.

[player_tooltip player_id='875029' first='Delaney' last='Reuter']-Triple Threat

Delaney is a guard that other players love to play with, she as unselfish as it gets and can make the right reads in any situation. On her Triple Threat team she has many roles, she can knockdown the 3 ball consistently and can break the press. She is also a pesky defender that has quick and active hands in passing lanes.

[player_tooltip player_id='568867' first='Brittany' last='Booker']-MW

Mountain West is stacked with guards that have no quit in them. [player_tooltip player_id='568867' first='Brittany' last='Booker'] happens to be one of the main girls leading the charge. There isn't much she can't do on the court from a offensive and defensive standpoint but what I liked the most was her ability to control the play on the defensive side of the ball. Brittany is starting to let her defense fuel her offense which is giving her a better flow.

[player_tooltip player_id='495915' first='Peyton' last='Jones']-Hardwood

Hardwood 16U goes as [player_tooltip player_id='495915' first='Peyton' last='Jones'] goes, meaning when is aggressive on the offensive end if the floor her teammates follow her lead. On top of having one of the nicest jumpers in the state Jones can also score in the midrange with the best of them. Defensively she is able to defend 1-4 without having up any easy baskets in the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='471050' first='Kennedy' last='Spellman']-Team CO

Most teams know what Kennedy does will and still aren't able to stop it, she has started to mix it up a little bit on offense just enough to keep defenders guessing. That doesn't mean she has totally left the pull jumper alone; she now just is more strategic on when and where. An underrated part of Kennedy good is her ability to push the ball up the floor and get teammates easy looks.

[player_tooltip player_id='792709' first='Kimora' last='Banks-Thomas']

The CBC 2028 team is talented group they are strong at every position, especially at guard spot. [player_tooltip player_id='792709' first='Kimora' last='Banks-Thomas'] the likely number one player is the class put on a show this morning with her shooting, she is a constant threat to score whenever the ball is in her hands. She has good size so she is able to withstand the bumps while attacking the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='510719' first='Juliet' last='Slater']-MW

Having put on a few inches since last summer [player_tooltip player_id='510719' first='Juliet' last='Slater'] has become a force to be reckon with, shooting the ball as always been her go to but now she is able to change the game in other ways. Like rebounding she has been a beast on the glass, creating extra chance opportunities for her team which usually ends with a made 3. She also is a lot stronger attacking the rim as well as being able to take the hits around the rim.

[player_tooltip player_id='470937' first='Jordyn' last='Washington'] is picking up where she left off from last summer coming into the first two games with her foot on the gas. She has been great at attacking the closeout leading to open attempts at the rim. The work Jordyn has put in on her jumper over last couple years is starting to show itself now, she has become a player you can't leave open on the wing.
