Guy is someone that you will get to know really well as we get into this Winter season if you reside in the state of Iowa. She kicked off the weekend by helping her Mac Irvin Fire team to a victory over a top AAU team in the country at the 15U level. In this contest Guy scored over 25 Points, hitting 7 three points, including four in a row to end the first half to put her team up big going into halftime. To follow this performance, Guy scored over 20 PPG in her next two contests throughout Saturday evening, including racking up a handful of Rebounds, Assists, and Steals in the process. I have a feeling that this is going to be one of those weekends that will stick with recruiters moving forward about Guy and her potential. She may only be a player out of the 2028 Class but her skill level is years above her age at this moment in time.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["502328"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='898796' first='Amiyja' last='Hughes'] made the play of the day yesterday across the Midwest on the AAU scene. Hughes and her Nebraska Hoops [program_tooltip program_id='713325' first='Elite' last=''] team came from behind and secured a win at the final buzzer off of a big steal and bucket by Hughes. There was very limited time left on the clock and NHE was pressing in the full court. There was an errant pass by the opponent, giving the ball to NHE and a chance for the win near the rim. Hughes came up clutch and made the most of that opportunity. I always say that a game doesn't come down to one play but in this case, it was just the one play that happen to give them the victory in the end. Something that must of been fun to watch if you are apart of the Nebraska Hoops [program_tooltip program_id='713325' first='Elite' last=''] Program.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["342195"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='342195' first='Laynee' last='Hogan'] and her [program_tooltip program_id='712577' first='Iowa' last='Prep'] team has been on a roll as of late. Their team has been winning and Hogan has been a leader by example through and through. She has been running the PG position to a T, she has been knocking down shots and scoring whenever the opportunities present themselves, and she is sweating the small details and that can make up for some big results at the end of a ball game. In her first few contests of the weekend, Hogan was the leading scorer on her team, while also doing a little bit of everything across the board as a player. This group started their weekend on a win streak and they are looking to close it out like that as well. If everyone shows up and they keep playing how they have been, it's more than possible.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["820519"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"The usual suspects have been showing up for the ETG Midwest [program_tooltip program_id='713325' first='Elite' last=''] 16U team this weekend for Live Period #2 but someone that has really stepped up and shown her potential is [player_tooltip player_id='820519' first='Eleanor' last='Griffin']. Griffin is a lengthy and fast acting prospect. She has the potential to jump off the paper in almost every statical category if she keeps working on her game overall. This weekend she has put up some big stat lines to help her team win their contests. She has shown up on every occasion so far and knocked it out of the park. She just needs to stay locked in and I'm sure that trend will continue throughout Sunday at their Adidas Event.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["896461"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='896461' first='Mya' last='Hillers'] works hard. She is a prospect at the guard position, that works on and off of the ball, usually producing in one way or another throughout a contest. This weekend has been a great example of all of that. Hillers has been leading some games in scoring, she has been leading her team in rebounding, and she has been active on both ends of the floor at a steady rate for the most part. I'm expecting her to finish out this weekend strong and take that momentum into the rest of this AAU season. If she can do that, she will be primed for a competitive Winter at CPU High School in the grand scheme of things.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-664a168e7ec12"} /-->
