Soeken heads into her senior year as the top ranked 1A Division I player in the class. This past season she was named first team Central Plains League, second team Sports In Kansas, KSHSAA third team and KBCA honorable mention. Also suiting up for KS Dream Team the summer, Soeken has long been a player who is known for putting pressure on opponents on both ends of the floor. Strong off the dribble and a confident three point shooter Soeken is a athletic, creative three level scorer. A true floor leader she makes good decisions and seizes opportunities to make the big shot. Soeken recently picked up an offer from Seward Community College.

Deters has long been one of the top players in 1A Division I. The two-time Twin Valley League first team selection also repeated as a first team selection by KBCA, KSHSAA and Sports In Kansas. Deters is a prolific scorer, and absolute money shooter, who enters her senior season having already scored more than 1,300 points. She is hard-nosed, composed, heady and a very good distributor. Her headiness defensively is also strong. She holds an offer from Benedictine College.

Winfrey had a strong first season with the Tornados, having transferred in from Bishop Carroll. She wrapped up her season being named to the Tri-Valley League first team and to the 2A honorable mention lists for KSHSAA and Sports In Kansas. A versatile player with size Winfrey is effective working on the wing as well as in the paint. She has good speed, boxes well and uses her quickness to score from face-up and back-to-basket situations. Winfrey is a solid mid-range shooter.

Stindt is a versatile forward who plays the 3 and 4 with quickness, transition speed and smarts. In the half court Stindt is a load for opponents to handle due to her build, ball skills, effortless perimeter release and mid-range scoring with good jump. She scores through contact with athleticism and finishes with either hand. A solid defender Stindt boxes and clears rebounds well. She put up 11.9 points and 5.5 rebounds in 2024. In addition to being named to the North Central Activities Association first team she also was a honorable mention selection by KSHSAA and Sports In Kansas.

Reed had a terrific junior season that resulted in her being named to the Central Prairie League first team and as a KSHSAA and Sports In Kansas 1A Divison I honorable mention. Reed has great length and hands, does a great job of keeping the ball up on catches and rebounds, and is effective working in the back court versus pressure. A high potential player Reed boxes and defends the high screen game well. Her game and build reminds me a great deal of former Riverside, and now University of Central Missouri, center [player_tooltip player_id='300794' first='Taylor' last='Weishaar']. Reed is quickly becoming one of the top 1A players in the state.

While Dewey was found last season running the point for the Buffalos Dewey is a natural small forward. A hustling, smart player with solid transition speed Dewey has routinely put up double figures in points and 7-8 rebounds per game over the past two seasons. She scores well around the hoop, finishes with either hand and is consistent with her mid-range jumper. Dewey will also knock down the three ball and can bury several when heated up. A three-time Northwest Kansas League first team selection Dewey, having made several 1A and 2A all-class teams in previous season, was named to KBCA's 1A Division 1 second team; KSHSAA's third team; and Sport In Kansas' honorable mention teams in 2024.

Competing in one of the toughest leagues, made up chiefly of 3A schools, in the state Bainter followed up third team Mid-Continent League honors in 2023 with a first team selection in 2024. Fast, strong to the hole off the drive and a smooth release perimeter shooter Bainter takes and challenges shots with good timing. She is among the best at blocking perimeter shots because of it. A strong finisher with both hands she is successful due to her athleticism and ability to protect the ball. This past season she was named to Sports In Kansas second team, KBCA third team and KSHSAA honorable mention.

After capturing back-to-back 1A Division II state titles Jueneman enters her senior season as the two-time Sports In Kansas player of the year in the class. She also repeated on the first team for KBCA, KSHSAA and the Twin Valley League. She is also a all-state volleyball player and captured the 1A 200m and, for the hat trick, the 400m state track & field titles. Clearly a terrific all-around athlete Jueneman averaged nearly 17 points, 5 boards and 5 steals as a junior. She brings good length, handles, stamina and perimeter shooting to the floor. Sitting at 910 career points she is a shoe-in for crossing the thousand point mark next season. A career 30% three point shooter (34% in 2024) Jueneman has shot 49% from the floor as well.

The two-time Heart of America League first team broke into every 2A all-class team (KBCA 2A third team, KSHSAA and Sports In Kansas 2A HM) in 2024 after receiving SIK honorable mention honors in 2023. Despite a first round sub-state loss she was easily the best player on the floor in putting up 20 points and racking up 10 steals. A smart, athletic floor leader Miles is not just a great scorer and solid shooter but is a nightmare defender for most ball handlers. As her game gains more polish watch for her to power up the class rankings.
