Charli separated herself with her poise and intentionality every time she touched the ball. While many players relied on instinct and over-dribbled without purpose, Charli operated with a clear plan, playing calm, composed, and always under control. She consistently attacked driving lanes with precision, recognizing and exploiting gaps in the defense rather than forcing action. Her shot selection was just as impressive. Charli knocked down shots efficiently, letting the game come to her and refusing to take low-percentage looks. That discipline, paired with her natural scoring ability, made her a steady and reliable offensive presence.

What truly elevated her performance was her advanced basketball IQ. She processed the game at a level beyond her peers, making reads and decisions that many players don’t develop until much later. Her presence also had a noticeable impact on team chemistry as Team Takeover flowed more cohesively with her on the court, as the ball moved, players stayed engaged, and everyone bought into a more unselfish style of play. Overall, Charli’s combination of composure, decision-making, and leadership through play makes her a true floor general with the ability to elevate everyone around her.

If I had to build out a player in a laboratory, I’d build my player super quick, with the versatility to play multiple positions. Of course she would have good size and I’d make her a superb ball handler. She would need to be a lockdown defender and finally, she’d need to be a lights out shooter. She is a cheat code on defense, once she’s locked in she makes even the best of ballhandlers uncomfortable. She can get off her own shot without needing a screen due to her speed and quick release. College coaches are taking notice with offers but there are a more that should get on board immediately.

Charli is a smooth lefty who can catch you off guard with how effortlessly she scores. She’s comfortable spotting up on the wing and knocking down the deep ball, but she’s just as effective putting it on the floor with a strong first step going left to get to the basket.

On the defensive end, she holds her own as well—capable of applying pressure the full length of the court while staying disciplined. That combination of shot-making, attacking ability, and defensive effort makes her a well-rounded threat on both ends.

Charli seems so relaxed and confident on the court keep a great attitude no mater the situation. Being a young superstar in this time can be trying and balancing school, basketball, teenage life and peer pressure can be tough. Charli is one of those players that you can see her maturity as she walks on the court. She has the ability to affect the game with her presence and when she plays at her peak there aren’t many players on her level. She is a joy to watch.

Charli delivered another strong showing finishing with 21 points in a WCAC matchup against Archbishop Carroll. She was extremely efficient, shooting over 70% from the field and consistently making the right reads within the flow of the offense. On the defensive end, Charli was just as impactful, recording four deflections, two steals, and a blocked shot. She uses her length, anticipation, and activity level to disrupt passing lanes and challenge shots. Offensively, she scores in a variety of ways, whether finishing at the rim, knocking down perimeter shots, or capitalizing in transition. Her all-around skill set, combined with her length and efficiency, separates her from most players in the region.

Charli started hot in her game against Pallotti. She opened up with a steal, assist and a long step-back jumper in the first few possessions alone. She had a great play off of another steal using her inside hand to finish and avoid the block. She is a perimeter player but I was impressed with her interior defense also, as she was able to hold her position without fouling and alter shots. She showed a good touch on her shot making two pointers just inside of the line and showing the range to knock down the three.

Charli was confident and impressive on her home court. She showed off her range by knocking down threes and consistently made smart decisions with the ball. She played with high energy, ran the floor well, and forced the defense to scramble in transition. Even without the ball, she impacted possessions because defenders always had to account for her. With the ball in her hands, she attacked the basket effectively, finishing strong at the rim. She kept her head up on drives, allowing her to spot open teammates whenever help defense arrived. She is just a sophomore but already becoming one of the leaders on the team and one of the top players in the WCAC.

Charli was a pest defensively, making life tough for opposing guards with nonstop pressure. Offensively, she knocked down threes and finished well at the rim. Her energy and two-way ability make her a key piece in any backcourt.

Charli is a really active freshman and has the potential to become one of the top player in the WCAC as she gets stronger. She has a good shot and plays with a lot of confidence. She has the skill to be effective from each perimeter position. It will be interesting to see which position with the Falcons that she settles in at.

The lefty freshman was impressive showing off her handles and her ability to finish. She has good size and a good form. She is on track for some of the all freshman awards especially if she navigates the WCAC well.
