[player_tooltip player_id='311368' first='Breckyn' last='Schilling'] of North Mahaska High School will make her college decision in the month of August as to where she will be competing after her high school career but she is still not sure where that may be yet just. Schilling has had interest from the D2 and Low D1 level these past six months as she has taken visits to elite camps and figured out the environment that she would like to be in the most from a campus perspective. She could end up anywhere but wherever it may be, she is going to killed it once she is locked in more-so on one thing in her day-to-day life.

[player_tooltip player_id='671465' first='Claire' last='Lueken'] has been of interest to recruiters at the next level in a few different forms. Lueken competes with Whalert Catholic High School and [program_tooltip program_id='715980' first='Team' last='Iowa'] for the AAU season during the travel portion of the year. She competes at better than average size at 6'0, she can be moved and thorough in the paint or she can move out and play from the outside at an efficient rate as well if need be. She is more of an enforcer type at 6'0 but she is agile so when you combined those together, you get someone that is easily coachable and someone who could make some waves at the collegiate level.

[player_tooltip player_id='592191' first='Paytn' last='Harter'] is a prospect that falls into the Small Forward and Power Forward category if we are speaking about position-wise. Harter stands at 6'0, she is controlling in the way she eats up space, and she uses her shoulder to create distance on the block for easy looks once she squares up her shoulders. Defensively, she can get stops with her discipline play-style to stay down on shot fakes and she can lead a team in rebounding. It'll be interesting to see how her future goes moving into this Fall. She is a solid piece for Atlantic so I expect good numbers for her position state-wide.

The South Dakota Network is a group that I do not get to see too much throughout the AAU season but a prospect that is competing for them out of Iowa is SF, [player_tooltip player_id='842624' first='Vera' last='Grom']. Grom competes with Sioux City West during the high school season, being a leader for that group in a few different ways statistically. At 5'10, she isn't the tallest prospect but she holds her on in the height category while being knowledgable in the situational side of the game. With the experience she is receiving now, she should get some opportunities to make a big impact this year with West. She just needs to take hold of the chances and seize the moment.

An unsung hero for the Estherville Lincoln Central Midgets is Forward, [player_tooltip player_id='842545' first='Rylee' last='Yager']. Yager doesn't get enough credit for the work she does off of the ball in her team's offense. When you hear about this group, you hear about guard, [player_tooltip player_id='311389' first='Haylee' last='Stokes'] but Yager puts positive stats up every contest in one way or another. She has been someone that has stood out for her team in big contests in front of all different sized audiences and I'm expecting more of that this next twelve months as they look to repeat and make another State appearance during their 2024-2025 season.
