How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My game play style is being a great defensive player, always blocking buckets, winning, passionate player, team player, and energetic. I have been told, "I am a motor boat on the court."

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I love to have learn and have fun. I have great energy and I love growth and to enhance the basketball skills I have already.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

-2nd place in an Visual Art contest -3rd place in an Visual Art contest -2022 Academic Honors scholarship Award Recepient -Bridge Builders 6th grade-present -2025 Tennessee 5th Jurisdiction Essay Contest

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed leadership, visual learning skills, team player, community server, passion, determination, collaboration, kindness, and honesty

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Challenges I have faced are building confidence and getting people to understand the difference of my passion for the game and wanting to win versus frustration.

What type of college are you looking for?

The college I am searching for is somewhere that could help me to enhance my skills, build great connections, great teammates, sisterhood, to graduate from, and help me live out my dream to playing professional basketball.

The thing that sticks out about Aalveyah Torrance Aalveyah Torrance 5'10" | SF/SG Bartlett | 2027 TN is her versatility.

On offense, she can use her frame to score in and near the paint. In addition on defense, she has the versatility to guard multiple positions. She is extremely athletic and has great speed at 5’10”.

It will be exciting to see what Torrance can do in her third year at Bartlett High School.
