Alana is a strong finisher at the rim whose combination of strength and athleticism makes her difficult to stop. She has a great mid-range fadeaway and a tight handle that allows her to create off the dribble. Alana can also knock down three-pointers and uses her length extremely well around the basket, finishing over the top of defenders.

Brownstein was quite underrated in late iteration, but has since been adjusted. Watching her film, it was clear she needed to move up considerably. The natural instincts, physical profile and competitive drive put her above a lot of others right now. She’s even picked up offers from big programs around the region recently. Brownstein couldn’t be left out of this conversation. The decisive decision-making, along with versatility on the wing make Brownstein an intriguing watch. Recently she’s been receiving some attention from big time programs. Alana was further down the rankings list in the last update, but this summer she’s climbed to be a top 20 player.

Brownstein’ isn’t afraid of getting after it competitively. She challenges whoever is in front of her and can help sway outcomes with her 2-way impact. Look out for Alana this spring/summer.

Brownstein is a versatile wing with good size and defensive impact. She plays with effort, creates turnovers, and competes on that end of the floor. Offensively, she’s still developing, but her presence and versatility stand out.

Brownstein is a defensive pest that’s going to go disrupt a bunch of lead guard’s rhythm. Her ability to jump the lane, read playmaker’s eyes deceptively plus her athleticism on the wing has and will continue to ruffle feathers. The turnovers she’s going to create alone make her an easy pick for this conversation.

An energizing factor that can provide significant value at the right times. It’s her effort and lively activity that makes the opposition dread having to contain her. Alana’s game hasn’t fully developed yet, but it’s obvious there’s a lot to like about her. Brownstein is a player showing she has key upside.

Alana’s overall development will be under close watch this season. She has so much potential and a drive to want to improve. Lawrence’s playstyle provides an environment where Alana can really thrive. Brownstein has a lot of x-factor attributes and her versatility on both ends can be so useful.

Brownstein plays with a lot of energy and comes through on both sides of the ball. Alana can also pay multiple positions without a drop in production. The dynamic ability only seems to be increasing as time goes on. This is a player to keep an eye on throughout the course of the season.
