Gianna has delivered several strong performances recently, highlighted by a 16-point, 5-steal outing against Oliver Ames. In that game, she showed impressive composure, staying calm and not allowing the defense to speed her up. She knocked down four three-pointers, doing a great job converting in transition. Defensively, Gianna has active hands, creating steals that lead directly to fast-break scoring opportunities.

The dead shot ability from deep will always make Gianna a viable threat that can change the course of the game. She can sway a game with her dagger 3’s that come at times that can completely crush the defense. Her shot making absolutely deflates defenders’ optimism. Porazzo is one of the best at what she does in her class.

One of the best kickout options on the perimeter in the class, plus she’s shown she can get her own shot off in tight spaces, Gianna has excelled in her role. Porazzo brings illuminate shooting to any lineup and is likely to get going with just one quality look. Gianna is another Team Sims member that’s had a great year. She’ll be an intriguing watch as the AAU season progresses.

Gianna is a gunning sniper that also adds some nice drives to switch things up a bit. Porazzo has a quick trigger and she isn’t afraid to shoot in the faces of defenders. The acute shooter stays ready no matter the time. It doesn’t take much for Porazzo to get going either. When defenders close out too hard, here comes the shrewd takes off the bounce that get her deep within the lane. Gianna can finish with both hands too, so it doesn’t matter where she ends up. The Team Sims guard is one to look forward to up close this weekend.
