About Ali

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to play an uptempo style of basketball. I enjoy running and moving the ball quickly to the open player. I have a high basketball IQ and great court awareness. I am always looking to make the right play and play the game the right way. I excel at a transition game and love to make hustle plays for my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a team first player. My teammates love my enthusiasm and feed off of my energy. I am often described as having a extremely high motor and play with a "mamba mentality." I truly enjoy people and love to make people laugh. I am extremely coachable and a great teammate.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Each Thanksgiving Day I deliver turkey dinners to the shut-ins and homeless people in my community. I have done this since I was three years old and I enjoy helping others. It has taught me a lot about taking care of others and also being thankful for what I have. I also was the starting varsity point guard for my high school team as a freshman and also the libero for my volleyball team.
