Woodard fits that “silent assassin” mode because she not only comprehends that the game starts at the 1, she’s a capable 2 guard who can drop the jumper as well as score off the ribble, in the flow. Her court vision is sold, but seeing her”make plays” on the defensive end is a huge plus

Woodard showed her smoothness the first time I saw her see evaluations here and one thing about her, she doesn’t care about being pressured. She stays under control with the ball, she makes the right decisions and understands how to get hers “in the flow” or take over. Her “stop and pop” jumper looked good, so did her “on the ball” pressure baseline to baseline

Woordard has an unmatched motor and determination to get to the basket—she attacks relentlessly and refuses to take a play off. Even under pressure, she maintains control, knocking down tough step-back midrange shots with a hand in her face. Diving out of bounds, sacrificing her body, and doing whatever it takes to make a play- Woodard’s hustle does not take off.

Woodard adapts to whatever she needs to do and by that, I mean to either score or facilitate. Her court vision in the set as well as in transition continues to rise yet her deceptive first step kept the defender off balance for her to attack and score or dish. The jumper was nice, as was her court vision

Woodard will be a key to unlock the door on how far SC goes and her “poise under pressure” has always impressed me as well as her wanting the ball in the clutch. She’s heady, plays within herself, and can get hers in the flow yet don’t get it twisted because she can score off the dribble as well as drop the midrange in droves

Woodard continues to show her versatility, yeah I know she can score attacking the basket as well as dropping the mid to long-range yet her”poise under pressure” going against other next level players is huge as she not only handles the ball while being tightly defended, she also makes plays in clutch situations. Speaking of clutch, she wants the ball down the stretch and delivers

Woodard is smooth and silky off the dribble yet her ability to accelerate in the blink of an eye gives her an edge, she does it both in the halfcourt set as well as in transition. She finishes after contact, at times acrobatically but her body control is really nice. She also has good court vision, she threads the needle from 25 feet away yet she also hits teammates in traffic while attacking the basket. Nice “on the ball” pressure helps to create turnovers

Woodard is ready for that UPDATE and will be listed on that 2027 list but her handling the ball under pressure the length of the court is only part of it. She can be dazzling with the ball to hypnotize the defender and blow by them yet her acrobatic finishes are a plus, especially since she does it after contact. Mid to long-range looked good, so did her court vision in the set as well as in transition yet her being “vocal on the court” took me back to another era
