My notes from the Hopkins shootout could have filled an entire journal with all the things Carson did well. She is a dominant post player who excelled on both ends of the court. Carson has excellent court vision and willingly makes the extra pass from the high post to a cutting teammate. Additionally, she possesses soft hands and can finish effectively using both the right and left sides of the hoop.

Alyssa Carson Alyssa Carson 6'0" | PF Buchanan | 2025 State MI isn’t just Faith Carson Faith Carson 6'4" | C Buchanan | 2023 State MI ‘s sister. She has her own unique skill set that sets her apart. While she has the ability to play physically under the rim and do battle on the blocks, what’s very intriguing about her game is her ability to work off the high post and her comfort with her mid range game. Carson has the looks of a scorer that can get the job done in a variety of ways. I really like her long term upside.
