A shot blocker with great length. Protects the rim and is solid in the paint. She doesn’t back down, I love the way she is an aggressive defender, swatting anything in sight and when I watched her, she did it with solid body contact. I really like her future, just needs to add some strength and some continued footwork.

Audrey created a no-fly zone in the paint, taking full advantage of the opponent’s persistent effort to score layups. She must have had a triple-double in blocks, rebounds, and points. Audrey moves like a guard and has the length/physicality needed to play inside. She timed up shots and swatted them away with emphasis like she was spiking volleyballs at the net. Audrey penetrated off the dribble to score layups with touch and made smooth transfers for finishes off two feet after cutting to the basket. After swatting a shot in the paint, she passed the ball ahead to a teammate, sprinted the floor to follow the play, and was able to score the putback because she hustled to get into position for a potential miss. Audrey had another huge tournament for MBSA Hoyas during the PGH Michigan College Tour IV. She’s a wing-forward-guard Swiss army knife prospect who continues to impress.

Audrey continues to impress, and she’s definitely a hidden gem in this 2029 class. Audrey had another noteworthy day on the hardwood, standing out with Corunna at the Au Sable Shootout. She evaded a defender with a crossover, then shifted into high gear with a burst to split the gap, finishing with a strong and-one layup through contact. Audrey crashed the glass to score an offensive rebound putback off two feet, dished out great dump-off passes on the move, and swatted shots away clean at the rim.

The first time I saw Audrey play was during a Corunna High School game last winter, and my immediate thought was, “This kid is a hidden gem, and I really hope she’s playing travel basketball next spring”. Fast-forward a few months, and Audrey has been consistently proving her value as a college prospect with MBSA Hoyas 15U on the PGH Circuit. She’s a 5-11 wing-guard with a ton of upside, and Audrey was a two-way game wrecker for the Hoyas during the PGH Michigan State Tournament. She used her length to swat shots away in the paint, secured rebounds, batted down passes, and created steals with her active hands. Audrey absorbed contact and used excellent pivots to finish contested shots in the paint. She showed the ability to sink shots from beyond the arc and contributed mightily as a rebounder. One of her highlights happened when she blocked a shot and raced up the court to score a coast-to-coast layup. Audrey swiped the ball away on defense, pushed it up the court with both hands, came to a jump stop, and then scored the layup off two.

Audrey stepped up in her first varsity game to help Corunna take home a huge road victory. She worked hard to secure many rebounds and create steals on the defensive end. Audrey jumped up to meet a pass in the air and drove right by the defender for a strong finish off two feet. She drove hard downhill and made a great dump-off pass through a small window, then a sweet wrap-around dish to give a teammate a wide-open look at the basket. Her selfless passing and facilitating helped teammates get high percentage shots in the paint. Audrey scored an offensive rebound put-back, used an effective pivot move to score another bucket, then beat her defender on a backdoor cut to catch and finish another layup. She tied for the team lead with 10 points and has a bright future ahead in the Cavaliers program.
