Ava Casey Ava Casey 5'5" | PG IC - Liberty | 2027 State IA is going to be looked upon to be the ring leader for her IC – Liberty High School team this upcoming Winter season as the starting PG. Casey showed glimpses last season of being the one who will take over the lead PG spot moving forward so it’ll either be just her or they will run a system with two starting PG’s basically at the 1 and the 2 spot. Casey has good wherewithal on the Varsity floor. She doesn’t get pressured or rushed while handling and she is always an orchestrator to those around her at a steady rate. This would be someone that I would describe as a Pass-First type PG but she can also get her own when a play might break down and defensive – she holds her own. IC – Liberty will return most players from years past so as long as they keep the main thing, the main thing, who knows how far they will take things at the end of the day.
