On offense, she made smart/crisp passes and stayed composed by playing within herself on a team with tough guard-play.

. A four-sport athlete for Mercer County, she averaged 8.5 points and 6 rebounds per game last season. An athletic guard/wing, Cardin loves to compete and plays with a high motor. She runs the floor hard in transition, finishes well at the rim, and shows some shooting touch from the outside. She’s also a really good rebounder. From what I hear, she has transferred to reigning four-time state champions Sacred Heart, which could elevate her game even further.

Mercer County is EXTREMELY young this year so they have quite a few young ladies getting thrown into the fire this season. Sickles is one of those. Cardin is averaging over 6 points per game while playing with the ball in her hands a decent amount. One to watch for sure.
