had some nice moves getting the entry pass with her back to the basket, using power dribbles, and turning to bank it off the glass. She was tough getting rebounds on both ends of the court. She even showed off her handles attacking the basket from the top of the key. She was tough throughout the game running the floor well and being ready for whatever play may happen. She can pull up elevating over her opponents, and she uses her strength to battle through contact. She did well repositioning after the pass to get the ball back inside.

Jenkins continues looking like one of the best players in Georgia that far too few people are discussing. Her consistency, motor, athleticism and length immediately jump out every time she takes the floor. Ava once again delivers another routine double-double performance while making winning plays throughout the weekend.
Down the stretch against Redline, Jenkins completely controls the paint with her rebounding, activity and finishing ability. She possesses polished footwork around the basket and consistently plays off two feet with strong balance. Ava finishes effectively through contact and thrives running the floor in transition where she becomes a constant rim-running threat.
What pushes her ceiling even higher is the steady expansion of her offensive skill set. Jenkins continues adding perimeter touch to her game and confidently knocks down jumpers from mid-range while extending her range toward the three-point line. Her ability to create mismatches defensively with her footspeed and physicality makes her especially intriguing as a long-term prospect.
Everything about Jenkins screams upside. The motor is nonstop, the production is consistent and the skill set continues evolving. Buy stock now before everyone else catches up.

Jenkins brings relentless energy and effort every time she steps on the floor, embodying the role of a springy, high-motor workhorse. She has a natural nose for the ball, consistently finding herself in the right place at the right time, especially around the rim. Her footwork in the paint is agile and purposeful, frequently using spin moves and step-throughs to navigate traffic and create clean scoring opportunities.
On the glass, Jenkins is a constant presence. She attacks rebounds with urgency, using her length and bounce to generate second and third-chance points. Her activity level alone creates problems for opposing frontcourts. When operating from the high post, she shows versatility—capable of putting the ball on the floor and attacking downhill or knocking down mid-range jumpers with confidence.
Jenkins has built a reputation as a consistent double-double producer, impacting the game in multiple areas. She may be one of the more under-the-radar prospects outside of Metro Atlanta, but her production and motor demand attention. As she continues to develop and refine her skill set, she’s a name that should start gaining serious traction at the college level sooner rather than later.

The springy workhorse has a nose for the ball and agile footwork. Ava loves to spin in the paint and use step-through moves to get clean looks at the hoop. She’s a pogo stick on the offensive glass using her length to earn second and third chance opportunities. When put at the high post, she’s quick toward the rim but can also settle for the 15-footer. Against Redline Elite, Jenkins dumped in 22 points, 18 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 block, shooting 4-5 from the foul line and converting three putbacks. Ava was ineligible after moving from Bleckley County to ACE last season. Expect an All-State season in Year 3 to make up for lost time as the Gryphons look to contend for a state title.

All-State forward averaged 13.8 points, 11.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game at Bleckley County as a freshman. Long and athletic, Jenkins is springy off the floor to grab rebounds and blocks shots. Does a very nice job playing with balance inside. Scores off two feet in the paint. Has nice moves on the low block, able to score through contact and use step-throughs to find angles.

Jenkins is a gamechanger who has the size to play all 5 positions. When a smaller defender is on her she can put them on the block and score at the rim. Also has the ability to push the ball in transition and attack the rim and score through contact. A special talent that keeps everyone guessing her next move. Hard to believe she is only a sophomore.

Ava was one of the best shot blockers in Marietta. She has a long frame and is very bouncy which helped her snag a ton of offensive boards. Her footwork and ability to handle it make her a versatile hooper in the 2028 class. Ava’s bag was deep with a clean spin move and a strong step through move as well. One of the top players I saw on Sunday!

Jenkins was part of our 15U First Team from Peach Games last month and she has earned similar honors for her stellar play at the Triumph Region Finals. One of her signature games she had for Macon Mystics 2028 occurred on Saturday when her team was trailing against Carolina All-Stars 15U E40. Jenkins finished with 32 points to will her team to a comeback win over the North Carolina team. She scored all but four of her team’s points in the second half of that contest. Jenkins had one of the signature breakout seasons in 2024-25 among Georgia freshmen and the rising Bleckley County star further established herself as a name to watch going forward.

Jenkins was one of two from Macon Mystics 2028 that earned First Team honors for the 15U Division from Peach Games in metro-Atlanta earlier in the month. Jenkins continued her stellar work by leading her team to a 40-26 win over Team Unleashed South Carolina. She scored 14 points which led all point-getters for the central Georgia squad. While a 5-foot-11 standout, she displays her versatility with a willingness to play at the wing as well as in the backcourt. Jenkins consistently plays with her back to the basket and displays a willingness to convert on tough shots. She also has the ability to draw plenty of contact to get to the free throw line.
