About Ava

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to play on the post and play physical with tough defense. I also like to stretch the floor and attack from the wing, pull up for a three. I also like to play fast and use the high post and mid range jump shot to my advantage.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm easy going and respect my coaches and refs. I'm a team player and alway try to make the best basketball I can.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I coach 3rd and 4 graders every season to give back to the youth program. I also work at a youth basketball camp every summer.

What type of college are you looking for?

Med to large school.

Ava passes well, is a large target from the mid-post or low-post areas, can defend 2-3 positions without worry and secures plenty of possessions through rebounding or by hustle. College coaches in need of a forward should keep their eyes on Ava.
