Every time we talk about Averie Lower Averie Lower 6'0" | SG/CG Clear Creek-Amana | 2026 State IA we speak on her ability to shoot the basketball so it’s only right that she is also a very good free throw shooter whenever she gets to the charity stripe. Lower has an effortlessly stroke, picture perfect form, and a quick but accurate trigger when letting go of the rock. That goes for from anywhere on the floor, especially from the line. As a Junior Lower went 56-66, making 84.8% of her attempts. This is one of the better numbers for a prospect with over 65 attempts on the season as a whole. Hopefully this Winter she can stay aggressive and put together another memorable campaign. If she stays hungry at getting to her spots at the rim, she should post even better numbers for her last season on the high school hardwood.
