Her high motor is sure to give her opponents trouble as she pushes the tempo and drives hard downhill. She can step outside knocking down her shot around the arc, too. She’s feisty on defense knocking the ball away from her opponents taking the steal the other direction.

was showing off her ability to face guard a quick opponent keeping up with her stride for stride and preventing her from getting to the basket. She attacks the basket herself using her speed to get to the rim and score. She has some nice range on her shot, too, scoring on all levels.

plays hard on both ends of the court pushing the tempo and finding her open teammates. She hustles back on defense stopping fast breaks. She serves as a good floor general for her team giving them directions even when she doesn’t have the ball.

got inside to grab rebounds, and she immediately pushed it up the court finding her open teammates for some transition points. She can take it herself, too, scoring some solo fast break points and even making some old fashioned three point plays. She had a nice crossover move to pull up for some points.

Possessing one of the quickest shot releases you’ll find in NC, the 2024 guard had a tremendous junior campaign for North Rowan. Bailee notched her 1,000th point last season on the way to averaging over 27 ppg for the Lady Cavs. She has the ability to score in droves from every level making her a nightmare to defend. She is an absolute ball hawk on defense, smothering opponents and at times she will just snatch the ball right out of her opponent’s hands.

Bailee Goodlett is very quick handling the ball and pushing it up the court. She does so when her opponents least expect it finding open teammates filling the lanes to get some points in transition. That quickness translates well to the defensive side of the ball being able to keep people in front of her and even close the gap knocking the ball away from someone on a fast break. She can score on any level even reaching her 1000th point milestone as a junior. Her ability to get to the rim losing defenders along the way is certainly fun to watch.
