Bouddhara first made an impact as a freshman on a stacked team that included several future high level college players. Heavy graduation losses cleared the path for her to seize a leadership role and lead she does…on a team with its share of college prospects. This past season she averaged 19.6 points while shooting 37% from three point land and 68% from the line. She also grabbed 4.2 rebounds, 3.8 steals and 2.5 assists with nearly a 2:1 assists-to-turnovers ratio. What impressed me in the Falcon’s state quarterfinal upset loss, to eventual runner-up Blue Valley Northwest, was her ability to exploit seams in defenses to get to the hoop; her perimeter shooting and the ability to anticipate passes to generate deflections and steals. The two-time first team Arkansas Valley Chisholm Trail League selection will likely make several all-state teams.

#2 for Andover saw a crowd of maroon jerseys everywhere she went today. She couldn’t quite catch any rhythm on offense, but still scored in double figures while playing tough on the defensive end.

Bella showed tonight that she can still have a big impact on both ends despite an off-shooting night. Her on-ball defensive pressure stayed intact, and she was able to find her spots with a few grit buckets in the paint and midrange.

Bella is a solid shooter, has a high IQ, and knows when to take a step in and get closer to the basket when her shot is not falling. She shot around 70% from the FT line this night, but it looked like every shot was going in, and she constantly found her way to the charity strike through pure effort. She is a tough on-ball defender as well, and she is always on the floor for every loose ball.

When I first saw Bouddhara play for Andover, it was her defensive skills that had the most impact on the game. Now she is scoring at an alarming rate for the Trojans. Her point total from her sophomore season was 11 more points per game than what she averaged as a freshman. In 25 games played last season, she averaged 17 points per contest. She also registered averages of 3.6 boards, 2.4 steals, and three assists per game as a sophomore. The esteemed PGH scout in charge of rankings as the Andover guard ranked No. 5 overall in the Class of 2027.

Bella Bouddharra is an elite, two-way point guard who truly excels on both ends of the court. Her offensive game is remarkably comprehensive, positioning her as a four-level scorer capable of consistently hitting from deep, in the mid-range, at the rim, and from the free-throw line. This versatility makes her incredibly difficult to guard and allows her to adapt to any defensive scheme.
Furthermore, Bella is a problem in one-on-one situations, leveraging her skill and athleticism to consistently beat defenders. Her ability to create her own shot and break down opponents individually, combined with her tenacious defense, solidifies her status as a premier point guard who impacts every aspect of the game.
