was the player of the game in Plainfield’s second-round matchup vs Brownsburg, putting up 17 points after dropping 16 points in the first round vs. Ben Davis. Williams and her team didn’t end the season how they’d like, but no doubt she left it all out on the court. Depauw is getting a solid shooter from behind the arc and a natural scorer.

Williams added 14 points, providing consistent scoring and versatility for Plainfield. She displayed a smooth shooting stroke from distance and effectively spaced the floor, stretching the defense and creating opportunities for her teammates. Her ability to move without the ball and read defensive rotations allowed Plainfield to maintain offensive flow throughout the game.
In addition to her scoring, Williams contributed with smart decision-making and hustle plays, helping her team maintain momentum in key stretches. Her scoring versatility, court awareness, and ability to impact the game both directly and indirectly make her a key contributor for Plainfield this season.

Berkeley is one of the toughest point guards you will find in the state, regardless of class. She is competitive, physical, and hates to lose. She has always been a solid shooter/scorer growing up, but she has really developed into a nice facilitator who can run offense, find open teammates, and use her vocal skills to help motivate her team and keep them organized. She’s the type of lead guard who can help any program win games.

Berkeley is a tremendous high school player and one of those players coaches would love to coach. She plays with a ton of energy, toughness, leadership, and urgency. She is skilled and has done a nice job of transitioning from more of a wing in 8th Grade to a traditional point guard now. She can make shots, and with range, she can get downhill and put pressure on the defense, plus she understands how to sense tone and get her team into the appropriate schemes. She is in a loaded class of guards and wings, but she is someone who can help a program win at the next level.

It is really difficult to watch Berkeley and not be a huge fan of hers. She is a ball of energy, competitive and feisty, but she also runs through walls for her team and will do a lot of the intangible things to help them win. Over the past couple of years, she has done a nice job of really improving her handle and moving from the wing to a traditional point guard position. She could probably score it a lot more if she wanted, because she has nice touch outside, but she is really working on being a facilitator. Defensively, she is a pest, and she is often tasked with hounding the opponent’s top player.
