has established herself as one of the premier guards in Indiana with her ability to score, facilitate, and control the pace of the game. The Plainfield standout thrives with the ball in her hands and consistently makes the right decision in crucial moments. Her ability to create off the dribble, knock down perimeter shots, and pressure defenses in transition makes her a difficult matchup for opposing teams.
Menser also brings toughness and leadership to the court. Defensively, she competes at a high level and uses her quickness to disrupt opposing guards. What makes her especially valuable is her complete floor game — she impacts scoring, passing, rebounding, and tempo. Ball State is getting a player who can contribute in multiple areas while bringing a winning mentality to the program.

Menser played with poise and confidence, finishing with 16 points while consistently impacting the game on both ends of the floor. She displayed the ability to read defenses, attack the paint, and draw fouls, getting to the free-throw line at key moments.
Beyond her scoring, Menser knocked down timely three-pointers, helped set the offensive rhythm, and made smart decisions under pressure. Her court awareness, versatility, and scoring ability kept Lawrence North defenders off balance throughout the contest. has established herself as one of the top players at Plainfield, leading the team in scoring every year since her freshman season. A versatile and reliable scorer, she has the ability to put points on the board from anywhere on the floor. While she can play at the point when needed, she excels as a catch-and-shoot guard, knocking down shots from beyond the arc and in the mid-range. As a sophomore, Hannah averaged 17 points per game, showcasing her consistency and offensive efficiency. With her continued growth, she enters this season poised to play at an All-Star level for Plainfield. The career she is building has the potential to place her among the very best players to ever come through Plainfield High School.

Hannah is one of the best all-around guards in Indiana’s 2027 class. She has an athletic frame, good strength, and she’s a solid athlete in most directions. She earned a reputation early on because of her ability to shoot the basketball, but she does so much more now with it in her hands. She can create off the dribble for herself or teammates, and I think her vision might be her most underappreciated quality. She is also a competitor defensively.

I think the thing I’ve come to appreciate most about Hannah’s game is that she’s just solid at everything. She is so well-rounded, if you take something away from her, she’ll find another way to contribute and beat you. She is an excellent perimeter shooter, but she has developed into a very good ball-handler with nice vision, plus she seems to be two steps ahead of most everyone else. She plays with great effort, a competitive fire, and she will rebound & defend.

Hendricks County is loaded with guards, and there are a couple more below who could very well be in this “starting” group. I went with a third guard to start for the county, and Hannah was outstanding as a rookie. She has good size, nice athleticism, plus some strength. She is a very good perimeter shooter, an improving ball-handler and distributor, plus she has always played with and against older kids, so she has a veteran savvy about her. I’d expect her to improve upon her 15.2 point, 2.7 assist, 2.5 steal per game averages.
