She used a crossover to drive left, pushed the ball effectively in transition, and knocked down a three-pointer. Beasley also competed defensively and showed impressive hustle by saving a loose possession.

Beasley was on fire from three during one stretch of the first game I saw her team play. A couple had me questioning her decision to let it fly from where she was on the court, but they quickly went away after she continued to make shots. She was very effective with hesitation moves and change of speed dribbling the basketball before quickly rising up and letting the ball go. Brooke was also very crafty getting by defenders with the previously mentioned ball handling and made the right read and look most of the time.
