Dot Mills has been an excellent ball handler leading the charge for her teams controlling the tempo, setting up effective offensive sets, and scoring off her own moves.  She finds her open teammates seeing the floor well making nice adjustments to get the ball into her post players.  She does a nice job moving around the perimeter showing off her range with her shot.

Dorothy “Dot” Mills is a special senior a Pisgah High School. Each game in her junior season, she passed for over 5 assists per game. Mills is dynamic in the open court and always has her head up looking for open teammates. When she attacks the rim, Mills can score, get to the free throw line, or pass a dime to her Bear teammates. Mills can also shoot the basketball. A season ago, she scored 11 points per game while shooting 40% from the floor and draining 26 three-point field goals.

Dot played with a ton of toughness Friday night and never seems to get rattled under pressure. She is a PG that can run the offense but can also play off the ball. She has a ton of awareness and can affect the game even if the ball is not in her hands. She had a nice play where she got by her defender and hit a high floater off the glass. She is a really solid PG that we’ll be keeping our eye on this season.

Dot Mills Dot Mills 5'8" | PG Pisgah | 2024 State NC is already known as an excellent ball handler, and she is certainly putting on a show this summer knocking down her shots from deep.  She attacks the basket with ease finding ways to fill in the lanes and make the dish to her teammates or take it all the way herself.  On the other end, she’s tough on defense stripping the ball from her opponents and jumping into passing lanes for the steal that usually turn into points for her on fast breaks.
