Phillips is ready to fill up the win column for the Vikings in 2023-24. Spartanburg will enter said 2023-24 season with a veteran core – and that should work wonders for a Vikings team that is part of a very fluid and competitive 5A landscape. Phillips typically operates as a one in the backcourt. She is very gifted as a ball handler and in attacking the basket. She also has no issues with getting to the free throw line on the heels of drawing contact and can be relied upon on both ends of the floor with consistency. Phillips played her first season at the varsity level as an eighth grader.
