brings toughness, versatility, and strong all-around production to the Waldron lineup. As a small forward, she impacts the game in multiple areas and consistently does the little things that help teams win. Fischer’s motor stands out immediately, especially on the glass and defensively where she competes on every possession.
Offensively, Fischer continues developing into a reliable scoring option capable of attacking the rim and knocking down perimeter shots. Her physicality and willingness to battle inside make her difficult to contain, especially in transition situations where she runs the floor hard. June ball should allow Fischer to continue proving her value as a complete two-way player capable of filling multiple roles depending on matchup needs. Her leadership and effort level will be important for Waldron throughout the summer.

It is so nice to see Grace back and playing healthy. She is extremely long, wiry, and smooth. She plays with a little bounce to her as well. She has such a versatile skillset, plus she has always played much stronger and more aggressive than she might appear. Grace can bury shot after shot from the perimeter when set and in rhythm, but she’s also a change-of-direction driver who can finish through and around contact. I like her demeanor, her motor, and her willingness to get inside and rebound/defend. Look for her to have a great Junior year.

Grace is going to be a really nice ballplayer for a long time. She will eventually need to get stronger, but she is an extremely long, fluid, and smooth wing with touch outside. I like that she’s trying to be physical and put it on the floor, and if she keeps that up and makes her handle even more dynamic, she’s going to be an outstanding scorer for Waldron once that strength comes…plus she might keep growing. She definitely has a high ceiling.
