I mentioned her in a recent article, I love this kids dedication to the game. She plays the game with intensity, nobody works harder and gets after than Schultz. Her on-ball defense is solid and she’s constantly trying to make herself a better player. She made a good move to Nelsonville York this season, which I believe will pay off for her.

I got to see her this summer with Team, Ohio, and making the move down to Nelsonville York I think will be a solid move for her. I didn’t see many kids who gave a better effort than her on the court, she is after the ball all the time, puts her body on the line. Still just needs to polish and work on her skillset, but she’s only going to be a sophomore, plenty of time for her to continue to rise up the ladder.

She continues to work on her offensive skill set and I was really impressed with how hard this grow plays. She scraps all over the floor, not afraid to dive for loose balls or possession. Only a sophomore she will continue to make progress, as she also is transferred high schools this year.

Heidi has made the move, and now she’s ready to display her skills at Nelsonville York. Watching film from this summer, her game has elevated, she is very active in the offense, both scoring and distributing. She can get open and finish, can get downhill with good moves and score. She reads the game well, can get to her spot and contribute in different ways. She’s definitely wanted to watch in Southeast Ohio next year.

Like any freshman, there’s a lot of work to be done. Heidi stays ahead of the curve with continued development in the gym. She’s pretty mature for her age the way she controls the game, she can score multiple ways and has excellent handles. Got to see her this fall, it was impressed with her skillset. She starts her journey at #18.

She is an outstanding guard who does so much with and without the ball. Distributes great with outstanding court vision. Can score and defend. Playing at Spire this year, that should help her game continue to blossom!
