If you watched CAK’s deep run through the postseason, you noticed Proffitt. She was her team’s leader for a group that went to three consecutive final fours. She won District MVP. When the light came on bright in March, she didn’t shy away from the biggest moments. She wanted the basketball…she played fearless yet smart. Incredibly well coached kid with a lot great basketball still ahead of her.

What more can be said about Izzy Proffitt Izzy Proffitt 5'7" | PG CAK | 2024 State TN ? Izzy continues to help her team win ball games! She’s a high IQ athlete and she makes the winning plays! She has a beautiful outside shot. She knocked down numerous 3’s in the game against PCA! Izzy has amazing court vision and she is truly an all-around elite player! I’ll reiterate that Anderson University is getting a good one!

Proffitt does so many different things extremely well. Izzy attacks the rim great! Unofficial stats had Proffitt leading her team in scoring & finishing with 16 points on the night. Izzy made four 3 pointers and I don’t think one of them hit the rim! Izzy is a great on ball defender and I’ll reiterate that Anderson University is getting a great one!

Anderson is a getting a scrappy sparkplug of a point guard. Izzy is a pass-first playmaker that can score in bunches when needed. She’s aggressive on defense, moving her feet well to stay in front. Izzy has the ball on a string when operating the offense. She scored with her jump shot on Friday, netting a pull-up from the mid-range before banging home a three. Proffitt finished with 5 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists in an 83-47 win.
