Jaelyn has been trending up during the early summer. She showed she’s capable of the 20 point double-doubles, and she showed that she has the range to knock down the three. Now we just need consistency and she needs to bring what she is capable of doing each game. The size and athleticism is there for her to be dominant on the court as she gets set for her senior season.

Jaelyn is an under the radar prospect that won’t be for long. She’s been improving every season and looks poised for a breakout senior year. She dropped an efficient 24 points on 10 of 13 shooting from the field against Elizabeth Seton. Watch her stock rise this summer.

Looks like a player that can be an all around guard/wing who can do a lot of things with the ball in her hands. Played a great game she had 24 points and 12 rebounds and was poised when handling the ball. A veteran player with good size Jaelyn was aggressive on the floor is a solid defender as well for a deep Spalding team.

I’ve been impressed with Jaelyn’s steady improvement and this season she has taken another big jump. She’s always had tremendous energy and the ability to slash her way to the hoop, but her offense has really emerged this season. She is facing up and shooting the ball with more confidence and her handle has improved. She is a catalyst on defense, providing solid on ball work and activity in the passing lanes.

Jaelyn ran the floor well and finished on the fast break. She was very active on the defensive end and showed range by knocking down the three. She rebounded well getting to balls outside of her area. Her interior defense was solid while matching up against players with similar skills.

Jaelyn made some shots around the basket and even knocked down some thee pointers when she was open. She played hard during the day hustling for loose balls and defending well in both the interior and perimeter.

Jaelyn is listed as a forward and played some with her back to the basket. Watching her she was more effective facing up as she was able to put the ball on the floor and finish after contact. A shift in position may be what she needs to make a serious stock rise for the next level.
