Jaz wasted no time setting the tone, knocking down an early wing three for the Lakers’ first bucket and later burying a corner three off an inbounds action where she used the screen well as the passer. She hit another big three in the third quarter to briefly give Windermere Prep the lead, showing her confidence in momentum moments. The second half felt like she needed more touches, especially with how efficiently she was shooting it early. She’s been a fun player to watch evolve over the years, and her continued growth as a perimeter scorer was evident again Friday night.

Jazlynn delivered an impressive performance in the Rollins College 3-on-3 tournament, showcasing her all-around game on both ends of the floor. She consistently knocked down open shots and used her strength to finish tough baskets at the rim. Her ability to attack downhill created scoring opportunities for her team, while her defensive presence stood out with key stops in critical moments. Jazlynn’s combination of skill, physicality, and effort made her a standout in the competition.

Bowman played well and firmly established herself as one of the top shooters in the entire gym. Her smooth shooting stroke immediately caught the attention of the coaching staff, and she consistently knocked down jumpers throughout the session. What makes Bowman special is her ability to set up defenders, create space, and rise up with confidence. The step-back and pull-up three from the top of the key was her signature shot at the camp. While she can also attack the rim when the defense closes out too hard, Bowman was clearly at her best from the perimeter, and coaches were paying attention.

If defenders rushed to contest the three, Bowman calmly stepped inside and buried the pull-up. Her understanding of spacing and ability to make quick reads make her one of the most efficient shot-makers in the 2026 class.

Jazlyn had a huge second half in the game I watched against a solid GA team. It was obvious early in that half that she was the hot hand and needed to be fed as she hit multiple 3’s with either her feet set or on the move. She did a nice job of running the floor and finishing in transition as well.

Bowman can rip to the midrange and pull up with a sweet short jumper as well. She can also take it to the rim and put the ball in the basket. She was one of the best long shooters in the building and will be instrumental in getting her team to Lakeland. Her team has the inside on lock, Bowman is the outside key who can keep the middle open for her bigs to operate. She more than showed a glimpse of that at the FABC showcase- she made a statement!
