Jessica Dornak Jessica Dornak Jessica Dornak 6'1" | PF South Lakes | 2023 State VA has a very polished game. She has excellent touch, which you often see when she works out of the post and shoots FTs. Her post hook always looks good, and the bounces she gets aren’t luck; they go in because her touch is just that good. Dornak can also step out and knockdown 3s. South Lakes was solid this year, and Dornak was their leading scorer.

HM: I watched a lot of South Lakes Forward Jessica Dornak Jessica Dornak Jessica Dornak 6'1" | PF South Lakes | 2023 State VA this year, and I’ve been highly impressed. She was her team’s best offensive player by far all year and was a consistently high-level contributor. She is very skilled for her size and has phenomenal touch.

Jessica Dornak Jessica Dornak Jessica Dornak 6'1" | PF South Lakes | 2023 State VA had two fantastic performances this week. In the first round of the Concorde district tourney, she scored 16 points in a win over Chantilly high school. Then in the second round, she poured in 18 points in an upset win over Centreville. Dornak used her elite touch and size to punish Centreville all game, and they had no answer for her.

South Lakes senior forward Jessica Dornak Jessica Dornak Jessica Dornak 6'1" | PF South Lakes | 2023 State VA has impressed me in the multiple instances I’ve watched her. Dornak uses her size to effectively bully smaller girls in the paint and force double teams. Dornak has tremendous touch around the rim, and her post hook and turnaround are automatic. What impresses me the most about Dornak is she is a fantastic free-throw shooter. It’s one thing to bully smaller players and force fouls, but it’s another thing to convert when you get there. Dornak can also step out and show off her shooting stroke as she has a sweet-looking jump shot.
