When looking at the reasons as to why 2A Lake Marion concluded last season with a record of 22-3, Moorer definitely has to be either at or near the top of that list. She may be listed at 5-foot-9, but at times it appears that she is playing even taller than that – especially in the interior. Moorer averaged a robust 12.1 points and 7.8 rebounds per contest in 2024-25. Opposing teams have to game plan for her on the defensive side of the floor as well as evidenced by the 4.6 steals on average she posted. Moorer can also plae emphasis on shooting 3-pointers to make her game more versatile.

Josie had a good summer for the Lady Landsharks. Josie and her teammates didn’t play in the #SCLive Event this June in Rock Hill. Josie who runs with the Charleston Raptors can score the ball from all 3 levels at times. She shows to have a solid md-range game and she understands on how to use ball-screens to create separation at times. Josie brings good toughness to the floor with her ability to play multiple sports during the school year.
Josie moves up from #81 to #58 in this latest update.

Prep Girls Hoops became very familiar with Hanks during the spring and summer months of club basketball. She ran on said club scene with Charleston Raptors 2026 and made our 15U First Team from the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit’s Triumph Region Finals. Hanks is a multi-sport athlete who also plays for the soccer team at 2A Oceanside Collegiate. She can give a team productive minutes at either the one or two in the backcourt. Attacking the basket is another of the strong areas of her game and makes the correct passes at the correct occasions. A 3-point shot is also part of her offensive repertoire.

Hanks can play both guard spots in the backcourt. Josie made some good reads today to teammates especially out of the high post area. She can knockdown the 3-ball when given the opportunity. Josie really plays well with the team confines and just plays her game through and through.
