Getz was an unstoppable force in a PGUHoops Saturday victory. Plays to her size as a strong rebounder and finisher around the basket. Good fundamentals by keeping it high and converting quickly before defenders can crash down. And even when they do, it’s hard to get the ball out of her hands. As while she has soft hands to easily catch passes, her power makes her play through contact with ease. Throwback post player, who knows and embraces her role as a presence around the hoop.

Getz had a big year for the Bulldogs. Helping the team to a fourth place finish at the 1A Division I state tournament, she averaged 11.7 points, 9.6 rebounds and a block. Getz shot 53% from the floor and 61% from the line. She uses her solid north-south speed and big frame to get into position for scoring opportunities.
