The Minnesota Freeze 2027 roster is loaded with college players, plain and simple. Among those bound to find a home at the next level is Krause, pictured above. The 5’7 combo guard may not be the flashiest player on the floor, but she is a true workhorse. Over the weekend Kendall impressed our scouts with her fast-paced, scrappy style on the defensive end. She made hustle plays, disrupted ball handlers on the perimeter, and was not afraid to take a hard foul when it was needed, allowing her to break the other team’s momentum and give her team a moment to reset. That’s a highly underrated skill that takes a significant understanding of the game to pull off, if you ask me. Undoubtedly, Krause was one of the most impactful players we watched this weekend.

She may not get the headlines, but no one impacts the game more for the Freeze than Krause. A high-energy guard with length and grit, Kendall sets the tone with relentless defense and all-out effort. Coach Nate Lindholm calls her “an absolute bulldog” and it shows – she anticipates, reacts, and makes winning plays possession after possession. Krause is fast in the open floor, can finish in traffic, and has a soft outside touch. She’s productive, poised, and essential – a true glue player who elevates everyone around her.

She has an athletic frame, productive in the offense, able to catch and score. Good footwork and solid at the rim. She can create well on the offensive end, while at the other end of the floor, she anticipates the game well, and can read in advance where to be.
