Lamonee showed her defensive talents at the Showcase by proving that she can defend the paint. By excelling in blocking shots and snagging rebounds, Lamonee illustrated that she is not going to let the opponent get an easy shot up. Pushing through the game with grit and persistence, Lamonee provided necessary, aggressive defense that aided Team 2 during 5 v 5 drills. Her ability to put pressure on the opposing team turned around several plays for her team, allowing for them to score consistently.
