She finishes efficiently off two feet and demonstrates leadership qualities that make her an undeniable college-level prospect. I expect Leilah to be a premier post prospect in the West and an All-Conference selection again in 2024.

Howard is going to have a big say in the success of the Salem team this year. With the graduation of star Madison Morson, plenty of opportunities are available. Howard is oozing with upside. At the shootout, she was a definite factor on the glass. Howard picked up out back buckets and limited possessions for her opponents. She’s a physically strong player that has the potential to dominate the paint.

is a forward prospect who showed why she deserves next-level attention again today at the SS16 Shootout. Leilah handled the ball today bringing it up the floor for Salem and also excelled in the high post. she scored multiple times off two feet using excellent spin dribble drop step moves on her drives. Leilah defends well in the low post and uses her length to cause misses and seal her defender on offense. During timeouts, she is fully locked into her coach and demonstrates a high understanding of the game.

2025. She handled the ball with laser focus and precision using alternating dribbles on the move. Leilah was one of the best at tossing a tennis ball, while dribbling. She showed her range by knocking down a corner 3 and excels as a shot blocker in the paint. Leilah communicates and uses quick lateral movements on defense to stop drives (MOI, Health Sciences).
