Brandon Bradley | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
If you aren’t terribly familiar with Lexi, it’s likely because she is from Southwestern Indiana and plays for a Kentucky grassroots team. But she was very good throughout the Spring, and she looks to lead North during the 2026-2027 season. She is a quietly tough-nosed, strong for her size, balanced athlete, and she plays with poise and purpose on the court. She can operate like a traditional pass-first kid, but she also has some touch outside, and she’s able to get defenders on her hip, attack the basket, and draw free throws or get into the paint and finish. She’s also a high IQ defender with quick hands.

This weekend was my first time seeing Lexi in-person, and she is an intriguing young point guard. She is more of a pass-first, traditional point guard. She has North/South speed, some length, but she’s also strong at her size. She’ll get the ball on outlets, push it up the floor, then get her offense into whatever they are running. She’ll shoot when open, attack when it’s there, but otherwise she’s a nice facilitator. Defensively, she plays with discipline and uses angles, so she doesn’t easily get beaten. I really think she could be a good one moving forward, and I’m curious to watch her growth as a player.
