Lily brought a combination of speed, toughness, and defensive activity to the Mystics Open Run. During the 3-on-3 action, the guard consistently attacked the basket and finished through contact, showing she wasn’t afraid to play through physical defense. She also pushed the pace with her head up and showed good awareness in transition. That intensity carried into the 5-on-5, where Lily knocked down shots from beyond the arc and came away with numerous steals. Her ability to pressure the defense offensively while creating turnovers on the other end made for a strong showing.

I love to watch guards post up with the ball inside and score against a forward with a 6-7 inch advantage!  Beautiful footwork, knows how to protect the ball, strong handles!  Lily plays smart basketball- and she certainly knows a thing or two about knocking down 3’s! She’s clutch from downtown!

Lily, competing with Team Liberty at the P2W Headliners Invitational Showcase, showed she can be a dependable guard who impacts the game in multiple ways. On the defensive end, she was active and disruptive, using quick hands and strong instincts to come away with several steals. Offensively, she displayed a tight handle highlighted by a confident crossover that helped her get by defenders, along with a solid baseline drive and the ability to stay under control when attacking the lane. She also showed good awareness as a passer, keeping her head up and delivering well-timed passes to teammates. Overall, Lily put together a steady, well-rounded performance and contributed in a variety of positive ways throughout the session.
