What stood out most was Lyla’s ball handling. Against full-court pressure, she displayed a variety of moves rarely seen from a player of her size. Her combination of size and skill allows her to contribute both in the frontcourt and backcourt. Thursday, she hit a huge three to keep Paul VI in the game. Defensively, she held her own, showing balanced footwork on the perimeter. Lyla is a player to watch in the W.C.AC.
